The project cooperates with the FU Law Clinic "Post Conviction" of the Free University of Berlin, the Law Clinic Criminal Procedure of the Georg-August-University of Göttingen as well as the project "Wrongful convictions and retrial" of the University of Augsburg.

 

Law clinics are a teaching and learning format that combines theoretical training with practical assignments with lawyers. Here, students acquire knowledge about the law and practice of retrial, criminal science, and the causes of wrongful convictions. This enables them to participate in a qualified manner in the examination and processing of the writs that the project receives.
